The Cambridge Cottages are a charming little enclave of homes on the south end of Santa Maria near the Bradley Square area. They are distinguishable from the other newer homes in the area by their light colored wood front doors. The design of the development discourages thru traffic and includes a couple cul de sacs. The homes are within walking distance of Fletcher Park, Starbuck’s, Jamba Juice, and the newly opened Panera Bread in Santa Maria. It was not a distress sale. A 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1650 sq. ft. foreclosure on Riddering sold for $275,000 in November. There is one pending home on Riddering, and it is a foreclosure listed at $349,900. The square footage is 1910, and it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
