Knightbridge Homes – Gated Community in Santa Maria – Orcutt CA – 2012 Real Estate  Market Update

The gated community of Knightbridge in Santa Maria is a small neighborhood in south east Santa Maria with only about 70 or so homes. This community is tucked away off of San Ysidro and South Miller. There are three bedroom, one and two story floorplans which range in size from approximately 1300 to 1700 square feet.  Knightbridge’s prime location is walking distance to shopping, parks, and restaurants. Homes in Knightbridge were built in the early to mid 1990’s, low association dues are about $60 a month, and the location offers convenient freeway access.  Nearby developments include Arborwalk, Traditions at Bradley Square, and Los Cabos.
