The master planned community of Rice Ranch is in a beautiful setting walking distance from the main shopping hub at Clark Ave. & Bradley Rd. and just minutes from Old Town Orcutt. So far there are three builders at Rice Ranch, the original builder/developer, Shea Homes, and soon, Coastal Community Builders will be selling.
